Returns and Refunds

A big part of our philosophy is great products and great customer experience. We really hope you love your products.
However, If you are not happy with your product and you wish to return it then you have 14 days in which to request a refund or exchange. If you have any problems, please just get in touch and we will do our utmost to get things sorted for you.

We do not pay return postage but when when you contact us we will give you information on sending the product back.

We will only accept returns on goods that are faulty or damaged on delivery if you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If you no longer want the product for any other reason it must be in it's original new condition in original packaging. Refunds will be given on receipt and inspection of the goods. Items that are damaged, used or not packaged well may not be refunded so please pack the items carefully. The items are your responsibility until they are with us and have been checked.

Returns can take 5 working days so please bear with us and we will update you. We will refund any money to you via the same method you used when paying for the product/s.
